Sheila Frugé
Full-Stack Growth Marketing Leader
Vision-driven strategist with a proven history of innovation and optimization to accelerate business growth.
About Sheila
15+ years in Silicon Valley working with tech companies in various marketing roles. For nearly 7 years I worked as a consultant, specializing in paid media to understand market fit, drive demand and test messaging before scaling up.
Most recently my team piloted ABM 1:1 programs for several Enterprise sales teams through target account segmentation and LDR motions. Further, through successful collaboration with finance, e-commerce, and outbound sales teams, we supported SOHO upsell motions, achieving a record 1500 upsells in Q1 2024. Our refined segmentation strategy contributed to this strong growth, resulting in a 24% quarter-over-quarter and a 38% year-over-year increase.
In my previous role with a speech recognition AI company our marketing and BDR team increased pipeline by 157% and increased the average deal size by 254% in less than two quarters. I streamlined the marketing stack, integrated Hubspot to SFDC and operationalized Bombora intent data to improve decision making.
What can I do for your organization?
Q&A
What roles did you focus on while consulting?
Most of my clients were B2B technology companies. I was exposed to diverse business problems and gained a broader view of effective marketing strategies. I'm a fast learner and am skilled in ramping up with new teams to quickly deliver value.
While my specialty was demand generation, I also managed marketing operation projects, content development and integrated marketing programs to meet client goals and drive revenue.
What kinds of clients do you work with?
Good fit clients are committed to investing in growth marketing and have executive sponsor(s) and budgets. Organizations who focus on the buyer experience, creates content and spending at least $10k+ monthly on paid programs tend to get the best results from my services.
For a W2 employee role, what is important to you?
Open to a W2 role with a remote friendly organization ran by a high performing, inclusive team. I'm especially interested in startups who are looking to scale up but will consider opportunities with larger organizations who align with my values and growth needs.
