No. The 'Non-Negotiable' approach is about consistency, not location. While a gym offers more variety, I can customize your program for home workouts using minimal equipment. The 'Map' is flexible; the commitment is not. Note, I can share resources that can help you secure an affordable gym membership for roughly $28 monthly. These programs are often offered via employers, health plans, etc.
At a minimum, I recommend a set of resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells. As you progress from the stabilization phase toward the barbell, we can discuss adding more tools. We start with what you have and build from there.
Every workout in the app includes high-quality video tutorials and/or photos. If you are in the Collaborative or Direct Partnership tiers, you can also send me videos of your movements directly in the app for a professional form check. Safety is a top priority.
